SocialText Blog, 27.08.2009: Enterprise 2.0: Skip the Pilot
SocialText: "There's an orthodoxy in Enterprise 2.0 circles about how you're supposed to run an implementation. The orthodoxy goes something like this: Start with small-scale pilots, define your business objectives, watch the pilots closely, evaluate their success, make a go/no-go decision. (A good recent articulation of this view is in Chris McGrath's post on 8 Tips for a Successful Social Intranet Pilot.)"

ReadWriteWeb, 05.01.2009: Report: Intranets Increased Collaboration Support in 2008
ReadWriteWeb, 05.01.2009: Report: Intranets Increased Collaboration Support in 2008
by Richard MacManus: "Every year old-school web design guru Jakob Nielsen releases a survey of the world's top Intranets. This year's report has some interesting comments on the use of 'web 2.0' techniques in company intranets. However Nielsen continues to take petty shots at the latest social web technologies. We were critical of this last year, but frankly it's just tiresome now. Thankfully his report has some very useful information for enterprises especially, so let's check that out."
